Paddle Keowee from Crowe Creek Landing

We'll meet at Crowe Creek Landing at 10:00 and launch by 10:30. We expect to paddle down the river to some islands near the main channel of the lake for lunch and back, about 8 miles round trip. Anyone wanting more miles might add circumnavigation of the islands after lunch.
Touring-type kayaks 14 ft. and longer needed for this distance.
Bring a lunch. There are restrooms at the launch, but no parking fee.
As always, life jacket must be worn.
