Values of the Group
- Community: Our groups are rooted in mutual support, providing a safe space where each person can both give and receive support. Together, we create an atmosphere of connection and shared understanding.
- Respect: We foster a respectful environment where everyone’s unique experience is honored. Each person is given the time and space they need to share at their own pace, free from judgment.
- Compassion: Our groups are built on the practice of compassion, both for ourselves and others. We create a supportive space where individuals can explore their grief with kindness and understanding.
- Healing: The focus of our groups is healing, recognizing that grief is a journey. We frame the process as one of growth, acknowledging that healing takes time and is unique for each person.
A Few Notes About Grief

Whether your loss is recent or it happened months or years ago, these groups provide space for a diversity of emotions—anger, sadness, confusion, or even moments of joy as you remember the person you've lost. Each journey is unique and honored in these groups.
