About us
This group was born out of lived experience, not theory.
Hi, I’m Omar. I’m a trauma survivor. I went through a prolonged dark period in life, and instead of retreating, numbing out, or chasing dopamine, I chose to anchor myself in structured, demanding challenges, discipline, and real-world engagement.
That process didn’t just heal me—it upgraded my mind, my body, and my identity into a grounded, non-performative masculine one.
It gave me the ability to attract and select the people I want in my life, instead of passively accepting whatever came my way.
I’m battle tested, and I’ve done the work.
Today, I live grounded.
No validation chasing.
No noise.
No performative identity.
This circle exists for people who have done real inner and outer work (or are actively doing it) and want to connect from a place of presence, self-direction, and emotional maturity.
What This Group Is
A space for grounded, self-aware, self-directed people

Shared presence, not performance
Who This Group Is For
People who have faced real adversity and used it as a crucible for growth
Individuals who take responsibility for their inner state
Those who don’t outsource their agency to social media, peer pressure, or mass culture
People who value listening as much as speaking
Individuals who prefer depth over distraction
Ideally for those 35+
Who This Group Is Not For
Validation or attention-seeking behavior
Trauma dumping or group therapy dynamics
Loud, performative personalities
Bragging, posturing, or social one-upmanship
This isn’t about impressing anyone.
It’s about being real, grounded, and present—together.
If that resonates, you’ll fit in naturally.
If it doesn’t, this probably isn’t your space—and that’s okay.
BTW the group image is a photo I took in Kamakura, Japan during a period of solo travel that was part of my personal rebuilding process. It's not a stock image-this group is grounded in lived experience, not theory.
