Guided 30‑minute online session to reset, relax, and end your day calmly. No talking required.
Take a midweek pause in a gentle, alcohol-free space. Just show up, be guided, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded.

- A calmer evening without automatically reaching for a drink
- A calm, midweek reset
- A peaceful moment of guided reset
- Simple, accessible ways to relax that don’t take hours
You don’t need to identify with any label You might be cutting back, taking a break, or simply wanting evenings that feel more like you.
### 🌙 What to expect
Fortnightly on Wednesdays at 8pm via Zoom: 30 minutes
Each session includes:
- A gentle grounding moment
- One simple reflection prompt (sharing optional)
- Space to breathe, settle, and unwind
- A calm close to ease you into the rest of your evening
Cameras are optional. Speaking is optional. You can come as you are: tired, in pyjamas, with tea in hand.
