PLAN 75 - Japanese Film with English Subtitles

This film takes place in Japan, near future. Due to the extreme aging of the population in the country, the government is encouraging seniors to have euthanasia performed through the 'Plan 75' programme. With the plan, the government offers a comfortable last chapter of life with personal guidance towards the end point. The elderly Michi, Plan 75 salesman Hiromu and caregiver Maria are each confronted in their own way with the choice between life and death.
