Hello, pasta lovers!
This is not your average Italian dinner – expect a curated, immersive food experience, with Mediterranean Herbs as the guests of honor. Limited spots available.
Macche together with Festa is launching a new Food Experience in Den Haag!
Join us in our first Pasta Bar, a journey to discover unknown Italian flavours with pasta and drinks.
Embark on a culinary journey throughout Italian flavours, sit back and enjoy the view. Beyond known pasta shapes, discover regional recipes with a vegan twist and unconventional pairings with local drinks. The theme of the night is Italian herbs, real protagonists of Mediterranean cultures.
Our mixologist of the night is Ivan, an Italian cocktail maker, pairing expert and food lover. He is also launching is own project "Festa: Italian vibes".

Welcome bites
Bites with a home-made vegan cheese selection, paired with Mediterranean herbs
Crafted mouth cleanser drink with mint, cardamom and cloves (alcohol free)
Rustic Cappellacci
A twist on the traditional Tortelli di patate from Tuscany.
Our Cappellacci are filled with roasted potatoes and mediterranean herbs with a (plant-based) flavourful butter infused sauce. All topped with crunchy black olive crumbs.
(Not so) Classic Pappardelle
More than just pasta, this recipe has the flavour of Italian family dinner. The pappardelle are filled with handmade vegan ricotta and spinach, then rolled and cooked in the oven with a traditional tomato & basil sauce.
Camilla cake
Growing up in the '90s, the Camilla cake was the sweet and healthy snacks for kids around Italy. Our carrot and orange dessert grows up and becomes a proper after-dinner sweet Limited spots available
