Lets train together!
We will do a warm up first, continue with some combinations and later on do 2min technical sparring sessions (~ 10 rounds) to improve our technique and overall fighting skills.
Please bring (that's the must haves):
Protection wear for shinbones
Boxing gloves
Mouth guard
Water
Additional protection is of course always fine!
Be aware that we are training outside, so dress appropriately.
