Woman's kickboxing sparring session - 10%

Hi dear all! 🥰
This is an event available for all women who want to train their kickboxing technique and do some easy sparring.
Let's meet at 14:45 at Martial Arts Center, De Werf 11, 2544 EH Den Haag, Netherlands
We have a training room available with a ring. But we can of course also train outside the ring. :) Please don't forget your boxing gloves, shinguards, mouth guard, something to drink and training clothes.
