Meet and Play Sunday is Back!

You know the drill - let’s meet and play some games!
You don’t know the drill? Well, here it is:
Games usually start shortly after 3 pm, after everyone has said hello and ordered coffee and cake. So if you’re a little late, announce it here so we’ll wait for you. If you’re really late, don’t worry. We’re usually playing until 9 pm and there are new games starting continually. Just come by anytime and wait a few minutes for the next game to start.
The games we play depend on what we have available that Sunday and on how many people we are. If you own any board games or card games you like and would like to share with others, then bring them. If not, that's also fine, because there will be plenty of games that other people bring. We normally don't play extremely complex games that take more than two hours. So after one or two hours when the groups have finished, we often form new groups to try different games. If you are in the mood for a specific game you don’t own yourself, post here to ask someone to bring it. If you want to play a more complex game that will take a few hours and where it’s maybe wise to have a look at the rules before coming to the meetup, announce it here so players can already commit to this game and maybe start having a glance at the rule book, so at the meetup you can dive right in.
We are an English language meetup and the main language at all of our meetups is English. So if you only speak English, you’re absolutely in the right group. About half of our members are native speakers of German or speak German well enough to play board games in German, so it might happen that there’s a table where everyone speaks German and they agree to speak German while playing. However, we cannot guarantee this happens.
