About us
This space is a small happiness engine.
It exists to help me grow my own happiness, and to share ideas, reflections, and practices that may support others in doing the same. There are no quick fixes here—just simple, meaningful practices that take time, patience, and care. The aim is to gently expand what feels possible, day by day: a little more joy, a little more awe, a little more steadiness.
The group is about supporting one another to cultivate happiness through reflection, mindfulness, and conversation. During sessions, we’ll take time to reflect on the past week, practise mindfulness together, and engage in a short discussion activity. These conversations are designed to help us share one challenge and one strength, and to listen with openness and care.
This group may be a good fit for you if you want to intentionally strengthen happiness in your life, value thoughtful discussion, and are open to sharing ideas while respecting different perspectives. Listening without judgement is an important part of this space.
At present, all sessions are free. This isn’t about monetary gain for me—it’s a personal, spiritual, and transformational journey too. I don’t have all the answers, and I’m not here as an expert. This is a peer-led space where we learn alongside one another.
I’m not currently affiliated with any organisation. However, I am in the process of learning the Action for Happiness pathway, and I hope in the future to facilitate sessions using their materials and support as a way to deepen my practice and learning.
