Do you have fear, anxiety do you have a hard time quieting the noise in your head when you are trying to meditate or even rest, do you desire a deeper connection with your inner self and the universe, source… God?

For the next 4 weeks, The Genesis 3Xperience invites you into a unique journey blending light teaching, practical tools, and guided meditation to help you develop and deepen your practice.

Time: 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM (approx.)
Where: 3757 E Willow, at The Genesis 3Xperience (The Space) backyard. Please come on back.

Cost: A donation of $10 is appreciated (Cash/Venmo/Zelle).

What to Expect Each Week:

Over the next 4 weeks, we’ll explore the basic foundations of meditation and spiritual practice through both teaching and experience:

• Intro to The 3Xperience: What is the 3xperience? Who am I? Who are you?
• Intro to Meditation: Learn the practicaldmost basic difference between prayer and meditation across traditions.
• Preparation Practices: Breathwork, mindfulness, tapping, and other supportive methods to ready body and mind.
• Sacred Plant Medicines: Optional: Understanding the benefits of ancient tools like hapé and cannabis in supporting meditation and inner connection.
• Guided Meditation: Each session will end with a live guided meditation to help you embody what you’ve learned.
