Every Monday night, The 3Xperience invites you into a unique journey blending light teaching, practical tools, and guided meditation to help you develop and deepen your practice.

What to Expect Each Week:

We’ll explore The Purpose Power and Potential of Meditation, Manifestation
Gratitude, Rituals, Chakra Balancing,
Loving-Kindness (Metta) Meditation and
Advanced Techniques, Meditation for Specific Goals and The Intersection of Meditation and Modern Science the basic foundations of meditation and spiritual practice through both teaching and experience:

• Sacred Plant Medicines: Optional: Understanding the benefits of ancient tools like hapé and cannabis in supporting meditation and inner connection.
• Guided Meditation: Each session will end with a live guided meditation to help you embody what you’ve learned.
