This month… we’re taking the apron off.

Not the one in the kitchen, the one we wear every day…

The one that says:
“I’ll handle it.”
“I’ve got it.”
“Let me fix it.”

For so many of us: clinicians, therapists, healers, peer support specialists, we spend our days pouring into others.

But this space?
This table?

✨ This is where we pour back into ourselves.

đź’ś What to Expect

Join us for a relaxed, no-pressure brunch where connection meets creativity.

We’ll be participating in a guided apron design experience, a symbolic and hands-on activity where you’ll create an apron that serves you.

🎨 Using simple materials (provided), you’ll:

  • Reflect on what you’ve been carrying
  • Release what no longer belongs to you
  • Design something that represents what you need and deserve

🍽️ The Vibe

  • Brunch: Order what you like (no pressure to spend beyond your comfort)
  • Come as you are
  • Engage as much or as little as you’d like
  • This is not a workshop.
  • This is not therapy.

This is a soft space for strong women to breathe, connect, and be poured into..

đź‘‘ Who This Is For

Black women in healing spaces:

Mental Health Clinicians
Therapists
Healers
Peer Support Specialists
If you spend your life holding space for others…
this is a space being held for you.

✨ Come sit at the table.

You don’t have to carry it.

đź’ś Crowns up. Always.
