What we offer! MAITRI BREATHWORK and KOMYO REIKIDO teachings, on location or travelling to guest facilities.
WHAT IS MAITRI BREATHWORK™? Combining the breath with an evocative mix of world and shamanic music and herbs, hands on healing work, Maitri Breathwork™ developed by PhD's Jyoti and Russell Park, invites the individual to access his or her own inner healer and wisdom. Within a loving and supportive space, individuals access non-ordinary states of consciousness on a transformative journey of self-discovery. Each workshop will consist of morning and afternoon sessions allowing each person to experience breathwork as both a breather and a sitter. Following the breathwork process, breathers may create mandalas (drawings), which can be a tool for further study or meditation. The day will end with a circle of sharing and integration. Your breathwork will be facilitated by several practitioner offering hands on healing with a variety of modalities.
These breathworks are facilitated by trained, certified international practitioners. The Maitri Breathwork Certification Program is a 2 year intensive study through the Centre for Sacred Studies.
