A slow, soulful practice to help you drop into your body, quiet your mind, and reconnect with your inner stillness.

Yin Yoga is a deeply meditative style of yoga that focuses on gentle, passive stretching and long, supported holds. Instead of engaging the muscles like in more active (yang) practices, Yin works with your deep connective tissues—the ligaments, joints, bones, and fascia—to release tension, increase mobility, and open energetic pathways.

In this practice, poses are held for 3–5 minutes or even longer, giving you the rare opportunity to truly tune into your body and mind. As you settle into each shape, the outer world softens and you begin to cultivate a state of mindful stillness—the kind of inner quiet that lets your energy reset and your nervous system exhale. This is where the magic happens.

Although Yin is passive, it can be surprisingly profound and transformative. Soft props support your body so you can surrender fully, allowing spaciousness, release, and deep restoration to unfold.

Hapé (pronounced ha-PAY) is a sacred Amazonian snuff made from Mapacho tobacco and master healing herbs, traditionally administered through a Tepi pipe into each nostril.

When shared in ceremony, Hapé helps you clear energetic stagnation, open the heart, and deepen your spiritual awareness.

It grounds the body, quiets the mind, and brings the soul into harmony — allowing you to listen more deeply to your intuition and inner truth.
