Start your week grounded, energized, and intentional with our Mindful Monday sessions—an hour dedicated to exploring and applying positive psychology practices in real-time.

### What to Expect:

✅ Check-In – A brief moment to share any challenges or areas of focus for the session.
✅ Guided Practice – Each week, we experiment with a different positive psychology practice designed to foster positivity, engagement, meaning, and vitality.
✅ Reflection & Integration – Discuss how to apply the practice moving forward to enhance well-being.

If you feel uncomfortable taking online surveys, you're also welcome to simply identify which strengths you most identify with:
The 24 Strengths

In this session, we’ll identify a strength that we currently feel is underdeveloped but would love to cultivate more. For example, you may see curiosity as one of your greatest strengths but feel that bravery is an area where you rank lower. If you’d like to feel more courageous, we’ll explore a time when you actually demonstrated bravery—perhaps in a way you hadn’t recognized before. From there, we’ll discuss practical ways to intentionally "exercise" that strength moving forward, helping you build confidence and expand your personal growth.
