## Get Tough Stuff Done Power Hour (for HSPs)

### Purpose

A supportive, non-judgmental space where highly sensitive people can body double, focus on a project, and make progress on tasks that feel heavy, intimidating, or easy to put off.

***

### Structure

#### 1. Welcome & Centering (5 minutes)

  • Quick check-in: each person names their project or “tough task.”
  • Invite a grounding practice (deep breath, hand over heart, short stretch).
  • Gentle reminder: This isn’t about perfection, it’s about presence.

***

#### 2. Set Your Intention (5 minutes)

  • Everyone writes down:
  1. What they’ll focus on.
  2. The smallest “doable” step.
  • Example: not “finish the report” but “open the document and draft the outline.”

***

#### 3. Focused Work Sprint (20–25 minutes)

  • Silent work time with cameras on (or off, if that feels safer).
  • Optional background music or “café sounds” played quietly for those who want.
  • A gentle time reminder halfway through (“15 minutes left — you’re doing great”).

***

#### 4. Micro Break (5 minutes)

  • Everyone steps away, stretches, hydrates, or just closes eyes.
  • Facilitator cues: “Take a breath, shake out your shoulders, reset.”

***

#### 5. Second Work Sprint (20–25 minutes)

  • Return for another focused session.
  • Same container: silence, supportive presence, cameras as preferred.

***

#### 6. Wrap-Up & Share (5 minutes)

  • Each person names one thing they accomplished or moved forward.
  • End with a self-appreciation: “I showed up,” “I made progress,” or “I honored my energy.”
  • Closing breath or moment of gratitude.

***

### Tone / Agreements

  • No fixing, no judging, no comparing.
  • Celebrate effort, not just results.
  • It’s okay if your “tough stuff” was just sending one email or clearing one corner of your desk.

***

🌿 The goal is to make it feel less like a productivity boot camp and more like a gentle container where sensitive people can lean on each other to get unstuck.
