When: Wednesday
Where: The Healthy Sensitive – Anti-Hustle Studio

### ✨ Event Theme: Core Values

This week, we’re diving into core values—the guiding principles that shape our choices, our energy, and the way we move through the world.
When you live in an anti-hustle way, you’re not just slowing down—you’re reorienting your life around what really matters to you. That often means bumping up against a culture whose core values (speed, output, status, achievement) clash with your own (presence, meaning, sustainability, connection).
It takes courage to pause long enough to ask: What are my values? And are they really mine—or just the culture’s talking points I’ve absorbed?

### 💡 The Shadow Side of Values

Here’s the tricky part: values are powerful, but they’re not always pure light. Every value has a shadow.

  • Value: Responsibility → Shadow: Over-functioning and burnout
  • Value: Compassion → Shadow: Self-neglect and poor boundaries
  • Value: Excellence → Shadow: Perfectionism and paralysis
  • Value: Freedom → Shadow: Avoidance and lack of commitment

When we hold our values too rigidly—or let them get hijacked by shame or fear—they can run us into the ground instead of setting us free.

### 🎨 Core Values in the Anti-Hustle Studio

In anti-hustle culture, we don’t use values as another way to measure up or prove ourselves. We use them as anchors.

  • Anchors that help us create with intention, not obligation.
  • Anchors that remind us we’re allowed to say no, to rest, to choose what’s nourishing instead of what looks impressive.
  • Anchors that help us live in alignment—even when the wider culture pushes the opposite direction.

### 🪑 What to Expect

  • A conversation about core values and how they shape our lives
  • Reflection on how hustle culture’s values may conflict with your own
  • Exploration of the shadow side of values, and how to spot when you’re tipping into it
  • Space to connect with others who are reimagining what it means to live by what matters

***

✨ This is not about perfection. It’s about learning to hold your values with curiosity, flexibility, and grace—so they give you energy instead of draining it.
Come ready to reflect, share, and experiment with what it means to live your values without hustling for them.
