Join us every Monday at 9:00 AM for a calm, supportive hour created for people who think deeply, feel a lot, and want a quieter way to begin the week.
We start by checking in about what kind of mindfulness practice the group is in the mood for — meditation, breathwork, gentle reflection, or something else. If no one has a specific request, I’ll guide a simple practice for everyone.
This is not about doing mindfulness “right.” It’s about creating space to arrive, exhale, and feel grounded before the week picks up speed.
No experience is necessary. You don’t need to talk if you don’t want to — you’re welcome to simply listen and be.
