### How Do Your Stress Styles Show Up in Connection?

Highly sensitive people often care deeply about connection — and somehow still end up confused, exhausted, overwhelmed, or hurt by it.
This week, we're exploring stress styles and what happens when they follow us into our relationships.
When connection feels uncertain, stressful, or vulnerable, do you become the Warrior — pushing, pursuing, fixing, or trying harder?
The Fortress — withdrawing, shutting down, or protecting yourself?
The Chameleon — adapting, accommodating, or losing track of what you actually want?
The Nomad — creating distance, seeking freedom, or wanting to escape altogether?
And what does connection look like when we're able to move toward Ease & Flow — staying connected to ourselves while also staying connected to someone else?
We'll talk about how these adaptive strategies can show up in friendships, family relationships, romantic partnerships, and other important connections — and get curious about what our patterns may be trying to protect.
This is a judgment-free discussion space, not group therapy. We're not here to diagnose ourselves or each other, and you never have to share more than you're comfortable sharing.
Come to talk, listen, reflect, recognize yourself in someone else's story, and maybe leave understanding your relationships — and yourself — a little better.
Because sometimes the question isn't “Why am I like this?”
It's “What is this part of me trying to do for me?”
