## 🧠 Anti-Hustle Think Tank

### Your Stress Style & the Things You Want to Create

Last week we asked:
What do you want to create — and why?
This week, we're asking a different question:
What happens to you when creating gets hard?
Because eventually it will.
The book gets complicated. The business isn't growing fast enough. The new habit falls apart. Someone doesn't like your idea. You don't know what you're doing. You get overwhelmed, bored, rejected, uncertain — or just plain tired.
And that's often when our stress styles enter the chat.
Maybe your Warrior doubles down: Try harder. Do more. Push through.
Your Fortress retreats: Nope. We're not showing anyone this.
Your Chameleon starts creating what everyone else wants instead of what you wanted.
Your Nomad suddenly becomes extremely interested in seventeen completely different projects.
And then there's Ease & Flow — the ability to stay flexible, grounded, and responsive even when creating involves uncertainty.
In this week's Anti-Hustle Think Tank, we'll explore these adaptive strategies and how they can shape our relationship with the things we're trying to bring into the world.
Not so we can eliminate them.
But so we can start noticing:
Who's driving right now?
And perhaps, with a little more awareness, decide whether we want them holding the steering wheel.

### About the Think Tank

The Anti-Hustle Think Tank is our free weekly educational space for exploring how to create, contribute, grow, and do things that matter — without burning ourselves down in the process.
The educational portion will be recorded and added to the Healthy Sensitive Membership library.
Anti-hustle isn't anti-ambition.
It's learning how to spend yourself on what matters — without unnecessarily spending yourself in the process.
