Peri+Menopause Support & Education Group
Tuesdays at 6:00 PM PT | Free Community Group
Perimenopause and menopause can bring major shifts in energy, mood, sleep, focus, stress tolerance, relationships, metabolism, and overall well-being. Many women are told to simply “push through” these changes, but support, education, and community matter.
This free weekly group is a space to learn, reflect, connect, and feel less alone during this phase of life.
Each one-hour session includes:

  • A brief check-in with the group
  • Education around topics related to peri+menopause
  • Coaching-oriented reflection and discussion
  • Gentle goal setting and practical next steps

Topics may include:

  • Understanding perimenopause and menopause
  • Hormones and understanding HRT
  • Sleep and fatigue
  • Stress management and nervous system support
  • Exercise and movement during this phase
  • Burnout and emotional overwhelm
  • Nutrition and metabolic health
  • Relationships, boundaries, and identity shifts
  • Brain fog, focus, and mood changes
  • Creating sustainable routines and self-care practices

This group is designed to be supportive, educational, and practical. It is not therapy, and it is not intended to replace medical care or individualized medical advice.

Whether you are simply curious, actively struggling, or wanting a space to learn alongside other women navigating similar experiences, you are welcome here.

Note about Confidentiality and Security:
Please be advised that this group is a virtual space. It is intended to be confidential, and all parties are expected to respect the confidentiality of all group members. That said, this is a Zoom session, and it is not being run on a secure platform. Please do not share sensitive medical information.

About the Facilitator:
I’m a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach with a master’s degree in health education and a background in behavior change, stress management, burnout prevention, and nervous system regulation. I work closely with women navigating periods of transition, overwhelm, high stress, burnout, sensitivity, shifting identities, and changing health needs across different stages of life.
My approach combines education, coaching, reflective discussion, practical tools, and compassionate support. I’m especially interested in helping women better understand the relationship between stress, sleep, hormones, energy, lifestyle, and emotional well-being.
I also work alongside Phoenix Rising Family Medicine, where I support individuals in creating more sustainable habits and healthier relationships with their time, energy, and overall well-being.
That said, it’s important to understand the scope and limitations of this group:

  • I am not functioning as your medical provider in this setting.
  • This group is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, crisis support, or mental health counseling.
  • I do not diagnose medical or psychiatric conditions within the group.
  • Information shared in this space is educational in nature and should not replace individualized medical advice from your healthcare provider.
  • Participants are encouraged to work with qualified medical and mental health professionals regarding personal medical concerns, medication decisions, or urgent emotional needs.

My goal is to help create a supportive, thoughtful, and practical space where women can learn, reflect, ask questions, feel less alone, and explore ways to care for themselves more sustainably during peri+menopause.
