Relationships & Sensitivity: Staying Yourself While Staying Connected
🗓️ Tuesday, June 3rd
⏰ 8:00–9:00 AM PT
📍 Virtual (link provided upon RSVP)
As highly sensitive people (HSPs), we often have a deep desire for meaningful connection—but that can come with a cost. In our effort to maintain harmony, avoid conflict, or care for others, it’s easy to slowly lose touch with ourselves.
This week’s discussion centers on an essential question:
How do we stay true to ourselves while still being in relationship with others?
Whether you tend to disappear in relationships, over-accommodate, or struggle to be fully seen, this is a space to explore those dynamics in good company. We’ll talk about the patterns that pull us away from ourselves and how we can gently return—without disconnecting or isolating.
Expect a blend of grounding practice, shared reflection, and heart-centered conversation. This isn’t about fixing anything—it’s about witnessing and honoring the real work of relating as a sensitive person.
All are welcome—come with your thoughts, your tenderness, or just your curiosity.
We begin promptly at 8AM PT—feel free to arrive a few minutes early to settle in.

Every week on Tuesday until December 16, 2025
