Step outside and embrace the healing power of nature with Everest Wellness and Danielle Curling Coaching! Join us for a rejuvenating 30-minute nature walk led by a team of experienced professionals—a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a Nurse Coach, and a Yoga Instructor.
This event is open to all levels, including people who use walkers and wheelchairs, with groups organized for different paces to ensure everyone can enjoy the experience. As we walk, we will focus on mindfulness practices and somatic experiences designed to help you slow down and connect with your surroundings in today’s fast-paced world.
Let the soothing sounds of nature guide you toward improved overall wellness. Our knowledgeable facilitators will be available throughout the walk to answer any questions you may have and share insights on mindfulness and self-care practices.
