Being creative and reflective together in a fluid and structured format allows for easy connection - creative expression, real or imagined, evokes conversation - no need to think what to say or do. Come as you are and connect in authentic ways with the heart-centered practices of mindfulness and kindness.

We will engage in small groups with creative interactive activities that are designed to connect in deep, playful and meaningful ways.

No prior artistic skills are necessary & all levels are welcome. Everyone is invited to participate as much as they like. Just being present is enough.
