Dear Heart Warriors,

Welcome to The Heartbeat Studio!

I created this group to be a safe space to heal, connect and play in community. Here, we get out of our heads and into our hearts, expressing them in ways that feel authentic to us. And what better to do that than to get creative about it? Through speech, drawing, music, poetry, art... Whatever floats your boat!

This will be our first ever event, and we'll kick things off with a casual get to know each other. The first step to all of this is showing up and being seen. ❤️

Additionally, I'm looking for a better venue to host this event. If anyone has suggestions, please share. I'm open to all feedback.
