Michael Ciaiola Conservation Trail and Great Hollow Nature Preserve - 7 miles

THIS IS NOT A BEGINNER'S HIKE.

This is a VERY RIGOROUS hike rated B++/2.2 mph. The elevation changes are the equivalent of over 220 flights of stairs!!! Be prepared for steep climbs and also very steep descents.

We limit the number of hikers at this venue because of limited parking. If you know someone who you can rideshare with, please remove your name from the list so that someone else can attend. And then when we circle up everybody will be pleasantly surprised that you’re in attendance! 🙏🙏🙏

Please arrive a few minutes early because we plan to start promptly at the time listed. If you RSVP "YES" and can't make it, PLEASE change your RSVP so that the next person on the waitlist can attend. Thanks!!

We do ask for a contribution of $3 per hike or $15 per year to cover [meetup.com] fees and our annual social event.

Please wear hiking footwear, and bring as needed poles, bug spray, backpack, personal first aid and meds, water and snacks.
