Orienteer Muscoot Farm

Hudson Valley Orienteers are putting on another local meet at Muscoot Farm in Katonah, NY. Posted for people who are interested so not an "official" CT/NY Hikers event.
Come see the woods from a different perspective. Typically there is compass and e-punches available for use (with "security deposit").
Note that HVO is asking for preregistration to ensure enough preprinted maps. Training is provided, just mention at registration. Everyone is pretty friendly.
Event website should have all the details you need. Come prepared to go through the woods (ie long pants suggested, bug spray for sure, and sense of adventure).

There is a nominal fee to cover costs of making the maps and putting on the meets. HVO collects this fee at registration/check in. CT/NY Hikers are not associated with this fee.
