Deer Pond Farm, Sherman, CT. 7-mile hike - Picnic afterwards.

Deer Pond Farm spans 835 acres of hardwood forest, meadows, and wetlands along the CT-NY border. With elevations ranging from 900 to 1,200 feet, the trails offer plenty of scenic vistas to enjoy. The sanctuary is open year-round, seven days a week, from dawn to dusk. It’s a great hike for conversation, as most of the paths are wide enough to walk side by side.

Please arrive a few minutes early because we plan to start promptly at time listed. If you RSVP “YES” and can’t make it, PLEASE change your RSVP so the next person on the waitlist can attend.
