Macricostas Preserve, New Preston, CT

This is a moderate B rated, 5-1/2-mile hike at the 490-acre Macricostas Preserve.

At an elevation of 1,250 feet, Waramaug’s Rock is a spectacular overlook providing panoramic views of Lake Waramaug and the surrounding areas.

Please arrive ten to fifteen minutes early because we plan to start promptly at the time listed.
