This hike will be approximately 5-1/2 miles with about 1,100 ft in elevation gain. The hike is pretty much an out and back with a couple of loops on both ends. We will visit the falls and also a wonderful lookout of the Housatonic River below. Hike rating is B and target pace will be \~2.0 mph, accounting for weather conditions.

Lunch at Baingan Indian Cuisine restaurant afterwards (optional). 94 River Road, Shelton, CT.

Please arrive ten to fifteen minutes early because we plan to start promptly at the time listed. If you RSVP "YES" and can't make it, PLEASE change your RSVP so that the next person on the waitlist can attend.
