Riverdale one of Toronto's earliest neighbourhoods, shares a history with the neighbourhoods to the west and east of the Don River. It is perhaps one of our hidden treasures.
With a history that dates back to the beginning of Toronto's settlement in 1793, Riverdale has a story to tell. Come along on an adventure in history and uncover the backstory that has made Riverdale one of Toronto's most exciting places to come and explore in both summer and winter.
This walking tour is for all fitness levels and skills. Please dress for the weather. The walking tour begins at the northwest corner of Broadview Avenue and Gerrard Street East in front of the Riverdale Public Library.
This tour is tip based with membership with a suggested price of $10.00!
