This walking tour explores the history of the Jewish community in Toronto. We start the tour at the southeastern corner of Beverley Street, and Dundas Street West at the western doors of the AGO.

Along the way we will explore the history of the Jewish Community, from its beginnings through the Kensington era, and focus on the Baldwin Village period which is rather unknown to most Torontonians when it comes to Jewish history.

We also explore the Jewish quarter in the old Ward. This walking tour is considered a Micro-history event and focusses on the early history of the Jewish community from the 19th century to 1955. This walk is all about our Jewish community!

This walking tour is for all walking levels and fitness skills. Please dress for the season and bring water. And remember to bring your love of history as well. Hope to see you there.

This tour has a ticket price of $15.00 per person.
