Most networking rooms run on hope. You show up, grab a drink, and hope you end up next to the right person before the night runs out. This month we're building the room differently.
Speed networking gets a reputation for forced small talk on a timer. Ours skips it. It's structure with a purpose: faster introductions, conversations with less small talk, and a short list of people worth following up with by the time you leave.
