July's format is different. And it might be the most valuable night of the year.
Three attendees will bring a real business challenge into the room. The room works on it together: table-level brainstorming, honest feedback, practical suggestions from people who are actually building businesses right now.
No panels. No slides. Just real problems and real people helping solve them.
Come ready to contribute. If you want to be in the hot seat, come ready to be honest about what's actually hard.
Who's in the room: Founders and operators who know the best advice doesn't come from stages, it comes from people in the same arena, doing the same work.

5:30 – 6:15 PM | Arrival & Open Networking Ease in. Grab a cold drink. Meet someone new.
6:15 – 6:20 PM | Welcome & Community Intro Quick orientation from the organizers.
6:20 – 6:30 PM | Live Business Pitches Three attendees share what they're building — selected from the crowd.
6:30 – 7:00 PM | Hot Seats Three volunteers bring a real challenge. The room digs in — table-level discussion, honest feedback, actionable perspectives. You don't have to be in the hot seat to leave with something.
7:00 – 8:30 PM | Open Networking Unstructured time. Continue the conversations. Make the introductions.
