November runs two things at once. Speed networking rounds so you actually meet the room instead of a corner of it, and the giveback initiative the whole room contributes to.
The Hive's annual Giveback Event brings the community together around a shared initiative — a food drive, veterans support, a fundraiser, or something else that puts Charlotte first. Details on this year's initiative will be shared closer to the event.

6:15 – 6:20 PM | Welcome & Community Intro Quick orientation from the organizers, plus details on this month's giveback initiative and how to participate.
6:20 – 6:30 PM | Live Business Pitches Three people take the mic to share what they're building. Open to anyone on the night.
6:30 - 7:00 PM | Speed Networking + The Hive Gives Back
Structured speed networking rounds, then we share the details of this month's drive, collect contributions, and close with a facilitated conversation.
7:00 – 8:30 PM | Open Networking Unstructured time. Deeper conversations. Warmer room.
