6:20 – 6:30 PM | Live Business Pitches Three attendees share what they're building — selected from the crowd.
6:30 – 7:00 PM | Featured Conversation: Operations & Systems Facilitated discussion on how to simplify, delegate, and build workflows that don't break when you step away.
7:00 – 8:30 PM | Open Networking Unstructured time. Deepen the conversations. Make the introductions.

What to bring: A clear intro of what you're building. An open mind. Business cards optional.
