Sound bath and Light Healing

We will be starting the sound bath with a short invocation affirmation, then a 30 min sound bath, followed by a short closing prayer or namaste (whatever calls to you).

Please try not to have caffine up to a few hours prior to the event. This will allow you to more quickly "drop-in", as we like to say.

We will be occupying the community patio adjacent to COCO LUV. It is furnished with lights and artificial turf, so please bring the following:
Please bring

• Mat
• Pillow (If you wish)
• Eye mask (If you wish)

Please also show up at least 15 mins prior to the event to get situated and comfortable.
