About us

The Hive Mind Jam Session Collective is a casual space for local beekeepers to get together, share what is happening in our hives, and troubleshoot the challenges we encounter throughout the season. Whether you are just starting out with your first package or you have been managing colonies for years, this group is meant to be a relaxed environment where we can trade tips, discuss seasonal management, and learn from one another's experiences. We believe that beekeeping is best done in community, and we hope to create a regular rhythm for neighbors to talk shop.

We meet once a month to talk through our current observations, look at seasonal checklists, and offer support on everything from hive health to honey extraction. There is no formal curriculum or expert lecturing here; instead, it is a collaborative space where everyone contributes their own perspective and stories from the apiary. If you are looking for a friendly group to connect with and want to spend some time talking bees with folks who share your interest, we would love to have you join us at our next session.
