The Hive is a community for women in midlife who are healing, growing, and craving deeper connection.

Each month, we’ll explore a different theme rooted in shared experiences — loss, change, belonging, becoming — through real conversation and gentle reflection.

From aging parents to partners to kids (even grown ones), many of us are navigating care roles we didn’t fully expect. This month, we’ll talk about the emotional weight of being “the strong one,” and how to care for others without losing ourselves.

We’ll begin with simple introductions, a prompt and let the conversation unfold from there.
