Sound Journey with Valerie Redzinak
Beck Wellness Center, 490 Lakehurst Road, Toms River, NJ, USA Sound Journey is a deeply relaxing and meditative experience where participants embark on an inner journey, "bathed" in healing sound waves that promote release, clarity, and rejuvenation.
Participants are invited to lay down or sit comfortably in a chair as the session begins with a gentle, guided meditation to help settle the mind and body. From there, you will be guided on a transformative sound journey, enveloped in soothing vibrations produced by a variety of instruments, including gongs, singing bowls, chimes, rattles, and even the human voice itself.

Usui White Light Reiki Level 3 Master Certification with Gina Cannone
Beck Wellness Center, 490 Lakehurst Road, Toms River, NJ, USThe third level of Reiki is the Master Teacher Training that allows you to teach new Reiki students. This is where you will learn how to perform the attunements for all 3 Reiki levels! You must have a Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 Certification before you can take Reiki Level 3. You should have performed at least 40 hours of Reiki sessions and practiced using the Reiki sacred symbols for 3 months to be familiar with the process.
