🧾 Agenda
• 6:15pm–6:30 PM — Arrival & seating
• 6:30 PM — Introductions + quick icebreaker
• 6:40–8:15 PM — Dining & socializing
• 8:15–8:30 PM — Wrap-up + optional after plans (drinks, dessert, etc.)
💳 RSVP & Deposit
To help secure your spot and ensure fairness for everyone (so last-minute cancellations don’t take away space from others who want to attend), there is a $5 deposit required at the time of RSVP.
This deposit helps confirm commitment since space is limited and goes toward organizing the event.
Please note:
• If you cancel your RSVP in advance or the event is canceled/rescheduled, your deposit will be fully refunded
• Deposits may not be refunded for no-shows or last-minute cancellations
• Please update your RSVP as early as possible if your plans change so someone else can take your spot
