The purpose of the event would be to explore Talent and HR within Venture Capital firms.
Talent and People are a key asset of any company. Without these functioning successfully, product releases can be delayed, or terminated completely.
The approach of our next event, will be to understand whether VCs and Angel investors support early stage companies in implementing the best HR and Talent policies and strategies. The 4 person panel will be a combination of HR professionals working for VCs and Angel investors.
