About us
Many workplace behaviors that cause harm such as discrimination, unhealthy power dynamics, manipulation, or being silenced are often treated as “normal” parts of professional life. This group exists to question that idea.
We believe that respect, fairness, dignity, and psychological safety are not optional values at work, they are essential. When these values are missing, people are deeply affected. Depression, lack of motivation, constant fatigue, low self-esteem, and many other issues often arise in unhealthy workplace cultures.
This meetup offers a safe and respectful space to share real workplace experiences and learn from one another. The purpose is not to blame or confront, but to bring difficult experiences into the light, reflect on them, and explore healthier, more ethical ways of working together.
You are welcome to join if you:
• Want to listen to real stories that are usually left unspoken
• Have experienced unfair treatment, exclusion, or unhealthy power dynamics
• Care about ethical behavior, respect, and human dignity in the workplace
• Believe that harmful workplace cultures should not be normalized
• Prefer to listen quietly at first — that is completely welcome
Confidentiality, empathy, and mutual respect are core values of this group. Sharing is always voluntary, and there is no pressure to reveal more than you feel comfortable with.
The direction of the group may evolve over time based on our discussions, but the foundation will remain the same: honest dialogue, ethical awareness, shared learning, and support.
What you have faced is not your fault. Many workplace difficulties are shaped by systems and cultures that have developed over time — but they should not be treated as normal. We are human, and we deserve ethical, healthy workplaces.
If you’ve ever felt “it’s just me” at work — you’re not alone. You’re welcome here.
