Application Lab: Making Better Decisions Under Pressure

In this Application Lab, we'll show you how to use your full HumanOp® profile as a decision-making framework. Learn how to leverage your strengths and compensate for your blind spots when the pressure is on.

You Will Learn To:

• Identify how your primary Trait (e.g., "Perceptive" analysis vs. "Sympathetic" nurturing) influences your decision-making lens.
• Recognize when the "weak state" of your Driver (e.g., "Panic" from Creating Protection) is clouding your judgment, and how to shift back to strength.
• Use your Communication Style to effectively gather information and build consensus for your decisions.

Prerequisite: Please complete the free 10-minute HumanOp® assessment and have your results ready on your phone or laptop. You will need it to reference your unique Communication Style. This is an interactive session for those who already know their results from the assessment.
