Your team isn't using too many tools. They don't understand how each other's minds work.

The average organization now runs on 10+ communication platforms. And the research is unambiguous: more channels don't solve communication breakdowns — they multiply the surface area for misunderstanding. The real problem isn't Slack vs. email. It's that two people in the same conversation can be operating from completely different Communication Styles and Perception of Life frameworks, and nobody has ever named that.

Join us for a hands-on workplace communication and team dynamics workshop in Cupertino, CA — built for Bay Area managers, team leads, HR professionals, and people ops leaders who are watching recurring communication friction cost their teams performance, trust, and momentum.

In this Application Lab, we go diagnostic. Members bring real communication friction — a relationship, a recurring breakdown, a team dynamic that isn't resolving — and we map it against actual HumanOp® data to find what's really happening underneath.

This is a working session. Come with something real.

**In this session, members will:**
- Map the Communication Styles and Perception of Life patterns operating in a real workplace friction point they're currently navigating
- Identify which communication style is dominating the team norm in their organization — and who is silently adapting at a cost to their performance
- Design three specific communication norms that honor difference without requiring anyone to work against their nature
- Leave with one concrete protocol to deploy in the next team interaction or difficult conversation
The difference between communication skills training and this: most workshops teach better technique. This one shows you why the technique keeps failing — and what to do instead.
