Introduction IFS, the SKILL for journeying and integration; value of groups

Details
This zoom presentation is to describe what I do in my IFS groups. For those who are ready, you can ask questions looking toward participation in a new study group. The content and pace will be determined collaboratively by the participants. I am willing to start more than one group if necessary.
While browsing FB, I encountered this life coach. I have no affiliation and make no endorsement. Her message is the same as mine so I will share rather than imitate. The issue is: are you ready to apply available knowledge, or are you just distracting yourself by participating in "activities?"
An exquisite treatise on "integration:"

I will host such zooms regularly but not indefinitely. Groups require payment but these introductions are free.

Neuroplasticity isn’t always a good thing...
We love to talk about how psilocybin and other classic psychedelics open the brain to neuroplasticity.
New pathways.
Fresh insights.
Possibility expanding in all directions.
Beautiful, right?
But here’s the part most people don’t talk about...
Neuroplasticity doesn’t discriminate.
It doesn’t only wire in what’s helpful.
It wires in whatever you keep reinforcing.
So yes, you might have a profound journey...
You might feel cracked open and reconnected...
But if you go right back to the same patterns...
Same relationships.
Same self-talk.
Same avoidance.
Same nervous system loops...
That’s what your brain will rewire around.
Not the breakthrough.
Not the wisdom.
But the familiar.
This is why integration is non-negotiable.
Not optional.
Not a nice-to-have.
It’s the bridge between temporary insight and lasting change.
Psychedelics open the door.
But it’s your daily rituals, your emotional embodiment, your nervous system care, and your choices that decide what actually gets rewired.
Neuroplasticity is neutral.
Your habits decide where it lands.
So if you’re choosing this path,
don’t just chase the peak.
Choose the work that happens before, during and after.
Every. Single. Day.
