This gathering is created as a gentle, supportive space for anyone navigating a layoff, career transition, or period of uncertainty.

We’ll begin with an open, guided group conversation where participants can share, listen, and connect in a judgment-free environment.

This will be followed by a short, grounding meditation to help release stress, reconnect with your breath, and restore a sense of inner calm and clarity.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket, water, and anything that helps you feel comfortable outdoors.

The intention of this event is not to fix or rush the process, but to offer connection, presence, and quiet strength through community. Whether your experience is recent or something you’re still processing, you are not alone and you don’t have to move through it by yourself. You’re welcome exactly as you are. 🤍
