Enlightenment & Spirituality Discussion Group

Let's get this discussion group off the ground!

This will be the first meeting of the Enlightenment & Spirituality Discussion Group... This group was started as a result of recent discussions I've had with others through Meetup and the subreddit group r/enlightenment, where many expressed an interest in the idea of a open group discussion on all things related to spiritual growth -- with a heavy emphasis on:

• Personal experiences with Awakening or related insights
• Techniques you find helpful (meditation techniques, breathwork, somatics, energy work, rituals/ceremony, etc.)
• Consciousness, nonduality, overlap between science and spirituality

If the idea of this interests you but you cannot attend, please let me know other times you prefer and I can consider rescheduling based on what works for most.
