What we’re about
The InkWell Project equips you to integrate mental wellness into your daily life. By guiding you through the landscape of your unprocessed emotions, we provide a curated set of practical, doable and holistic techniques—empowering you to address big emotions and nurture lasting well-being. Created by Susmita Paul, a neurodivergent creative and a meditation enthusiast, this isn’t just a programme; it’s a compassionate movement. Together we shape resilient, connected societies—one empowered soul at a time.
The InkWell Project hosts mental wellness awareness building sessions in the form of worshops (both online and offline), 1:1 sessions, presentations and interactive discussion events. Each InkWell session involves innovative writing, breathwork and body awareness activities.
At our events we hope to meet individuals who wish to have a daily mental wellness regime and empower them with a specialised toolkit to enable them to A.C.T. — Affect. Cultivate. Thrive.
In psychology, ‘affect’ means the experience of an emotion. This is the first step in living with emotional resilience. To ‘cultivate’ is to prepare for maturing as an individual and acquire or develop the skill to process and embrace all emotions arising in us. To ‘thrive’ is to flourish in life.
